The Department of Justice makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 M1
Marginal Citations
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 (Judicial Offices) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 and comes into operation on 1st April 2015.
2. For the purposes of this Order, an office is “held on a salaried basis” if service in that office is remunerated by payment of a salary.
3. A person who holds one of the offices specified in the Schedule is a holder of judicial office for the purposes of section 1(2)(b) of the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014.
