Modification to the Tax Credits (Payment by the Commissioners) Regulations N.I.

35.  Paragraph 36 prescribes a modification to the application of the Tax Credits (Payment by the Commissioners) Regulations 2002(1) where regulation 11 of these Regulations applies.
