In the Sea Fishing (Restriction on Days at Sea) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003(1), in Article 13(3), for the words from “specifies a petty sessions district” to the end, substitute “specifies that payment of the fine is enforceable in Northern Ireland, paragraphs (1) and (2) shall apply as if the fine were imposed by a court in Northern Ireland.”.
