Citation and commencementN.I.
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Loans for Mortgage Interest Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017.
(2) These Regulations come into operation—
(a)for the purposes of regulations 18 to 21, on 6th April 2018;
(b)for all other purposes, on 20th October 2017.
