The Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017

Coming into operation

1st November 2017

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 3(3)(a) of the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997(1), makes the following Regulations.

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2017.

Amendment to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

2.  In the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2) for Schedule 6 substitute—

1.   The offences to be regarded as prescribed offences for the purposes of Article 3(3)(a) of the 1997 Order are listed in Tables 1-3—
