Amendment of the Social Security (Inherited SERPS) Regulations

17.  In regulation 2(3)(a) of the Social Security (Inherited SERPS) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1) (modification of Part II of the Contributions and Benefits Act) omit—

(a) “and bereavement allowance”;

(b) “except in so far as that section relates to the rate of bereavement allowance”.
