7.  In the Genetically Modified Organisms (Traceability and Labelling) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1), in regulation 2(1) (Interpretation), in the definition of “the Council Regulation”, at the end, add “as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1137/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2)”.
