EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend regulation 5 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 to provide that the list of reasonable excuses for leaving the place where a person is living includes the need to visit another person’s private dwelling. The gathering in the dwelling, as a result of the visit, must not exceed 6.
