The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of powers conferred by Articles 2, 11(3) and (6) and 74(1)of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 M1 and sections 24(1) and 25(2) of, and paragraphs 1(a) and 2 of Schedule 2 to, the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 M2 and Articles 5, 13(3)(a) and (4), 43(6) and 48(2) of, and paragraph 4(1), (3)(a) and (4) of Schedule 1 to, the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 M3.

Those powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of Article 4(1) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 M4.
