The Department of Health(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(4), 297(3) and 302(4) and paragraphs 5(1)(a) of Schedule 1, paragraphs 1(2) and 3(1)(a) of Schedule 2 and paragraphs 3(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016(2), makes the following Regulations:
