Amendment of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations N.I.

2.  For Schedule 7 to the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985(1) (fees for vehicle licences) substitute—

Regulations 4A(1), 5(3), 9(2),(3), (5), and (6) and 12(1)

“SCHEDULE 7 N.I. Fees for vehicle licences

1. Fee payable with initial application for a vehicle licence (see regulation 5(3))
Class I	£102.50
Class II	£102.50
Class III	£102.50
Class IA	£114.50
Class IIA	£127.00
Class IIIA	£139.00
2. Fee payable with re-application for a vehicle licence (see regulation 9(2))
Class I	£102.50

3. Fee payable with re-application for a vehicle licence made within 21 days from the date of the service of the notice of refusal (see regulation 9(3))

4. Fee payable with re-application for a vehicle licence made under regulation 9(4) within 21 days from the service of the notice of refusal (see regulation 9(5) and (6))
Class IA	£38.00
Class IIA	£38.00
Class IIIA	£38.00
5. Fee payable for a duplicate vehicle licence (see regulation 12(1)>
All Classes	£10.00”
