33.—(1) Regulations 28 to 32 have effect in place of sections 28(2) and 29 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) (“1954 Act”).
(2) Nothing in those regulations affects any other provision of the 1954 Act.
(3) In regulations 29 and 30, “instrument” and “statutory provision” have the meaning given to them by section 1(c) and (f) of the 1954 Act.
