There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Occupational Pension Schemes (Collective Money Purchase Schemes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024, Section 13.
13. Schedule 4 sets out the matters that the Regulator must take into account in deciding, for the purposes of section 66 of the 2021 Act (communication requirement), whether it is satisfied that a collective money purchase scheme has adequate systems and processes for communicating with members and others.
