Introductory

Citation, commencement and application

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 6th April 2024.

Interpretation

2.  In these Regulations “ the Repayment Regulations” means the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (1).
