SCHEDULESPECIAL ROAD

INTERPRETATION

In this Schedule—

“the plan” means the plan numbered RYC/G109/13/0702 and entitled “The A956 (Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route) Special Road Scheme 2010”, signed with reference to this Scheme and deposited at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF;

“point 1” means the existing access to Clianthus Lodge, Blairs, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, AB12 5YT at the existing Lochton – Auchlunies – Nigg Road (C5K), Aberdeenshire shown marked “point 1” on the plan; and

“point 2” means the junction between the existing A956 Wellington Road, Aberdeen and the existing Old Wellington Road (C8K), Aberdeen shown marked “point 2” on the plan.

THE ROUTE OF THE SPECIAL ROAD

From a point 680 metres or thereby west of point 1 in a generally easterly then east, north‑easterly direction for a distance of 6.54 kilometres or thereby to a point 750 metres or thereby west, south‑west of point 2 as shown by a heavy black line between points marked “point A” and “point B” on the plan.
