PART 2 MODIFICATIONS OF SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION

National Waiting Times Centre Board (Scotland) Order 2002

23.  In article 4(4) of the National Waiting Times Centre Board (Scotland) Order 2002(1) (functions of the National Waiting Times Centre Board)—

(a) omit the “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (c);

(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“; or

(e) Healthcare Improvement Scotland”.
