Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the General Teaching Council (Scotland) Election Scheme 2001 Approval Order 2001, and shall come into force on 28th February 2001.
Approval
2. The General Teaching Council for Scotland Election Scheme 2001, which is set out in the Schedule to this Order, is hereby approved.
Revocation
3. The Teaching Council (Scotland) Election Scheme 1989 Approval Order 1989(1) and the General Teaching Council (Scotland) Election Amendment Scheme 1994 Approval Order 1994(2) are hereby revoked.
