1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) (Scotland) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st April 2004.
2. The National Health Service trusts specified in Schedule 1 to this Order are hereby dissolved.
3. The Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby revoked.
