The Annual Close Time (Esk Salmon Fishery District) Order 2005 No. 72

Annual close time and period permitted for salmon fishing by rod and line

2.  For the Esk Salmon Fishery District(1)–

(a) the dates of the annual close time shall be 1st September to 30th April, both dates inclusive; and

(b) the periods within that time when it is permitted to fish for and take salmon by rod and line shall be–

(i) 1st September to 31st October, both dates inclusive; and

(ii) 16th February to 30th April, both dates inclusive.
