PART 2 S Licensing of bovine semen centres and approval of bovine animals

6.—(1) A bovine semen centre licence granted under regulation 4 must specify–

(a) the address of the centre;

(b) the licence number of the centre;

(c) the licence holder;

(d) the centre veterinarian;

(e) the type of licence granted; and

(f) any conditions to which the licence is subject.

(2) A licence must be in writing and may be made subject to such conditions as are necessary to–

(a) ensure that the provisions of these Regulations are complied with;

(b) protect public or animal health.
