A beneficiary is eligible for payment for these capital items only where the beneficiary has undertaken to carry out or beneficiary has undertaken to carry out or carry out and maintain an activity under [F1any of the rural priorities options numbered 15 to 57]. The capital items must be carried out in accordance with the requirements in the programme guidance .
