3. For regulation 3(3)(b) of the Animal By Products (Identification) Regulations 1995 M1, substitute
“(b)any bovine carcase or body part which must be disposed of in accordance with paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 2 to the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Scotland) Regulations 2006 M2;”.
