Amendment of the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1996

3.  Regulation 16 of the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1996(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (2) omit sub-paragraphs (a)(iv), (b), (g) and (k);

(b) in paragraph (2)(h) omit “dwelling,”.
