PART 3 Exempt activities and conditions

Fishing – removal activity and dredging activity

11.  This article applies—

(a) to a removal activity carried on for the purpose of removing fishing gear in the course of a fishing operation;

(b) to a dredging activity carried on in the course of any fishing operation.
