PART 1 MODIFICATIONS OF PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (c.36)

6.  In the Children (Scotland) Act 1995(1)—

(a) in section 36(3)(d)(2) (welfare of certain children in hospitals and nursing homes etc.), for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”; and

(b) in section 38(1)(b)(3) (short-term refuges for children at risk of harm), for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
