SCHEDULE 4 S Sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings

20.  Subject to paragraph 40, £15 of any— S

(a) widowed mother's allowance paid pursuant to section 37 of the 1992 Act M1 ;

(b) widowed parent's allowance paid pursuant to section 39A of the 1992 Act M2 .
