32. Any payment made by a local authority in accordance with section 12 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 M1, section 22, 29 or 30 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 M2 (provision of services for children and their families and advice and assistance to certain children) [F1, section 17,] 23B, 23C or 24A of the Children Act 1989 M3 [F2or sections 37, 38, 109, 110 or 114 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, but excluding any payment under that last-mentioned Act that is a direct payment within the meaning of sections 50 to 53 of that Act].S
