SCHEDULE 2 S Sums to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings

8.  Except where the applicant or the applicant's partner qualifies for a £20 disregard under the preceding provisions of this Schedule— S

(a) £5 if an applicant who has no partner has earnings; and

(b) £10 if an applicant who has a partner has earnings.
