1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Part-time Sheriff, Stipendiary Magistrate and Justice of the Peace) Order 2014.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
