Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Payments and Remission of Charges) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st November 2015.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the 1998 Regulations” means the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 1998(1); and

“the 2003 Regulations” means the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2003(2).
