2. The Roads (Scotland) Act 1984(1) is amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 11.
1984 c.54. Sections 20A and 55A were substituted by the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (“the 1999 Regulations”) (S.S.I. 1999/1). The 1999 Regulations inserted sections 20B and 55B, and amended section 151 and paragraphs 7 and 13 of schedule 1. The Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006/614 (S.S.I. 2006/614) amended sections 20A, 20B 55A and 151, and paragraphs 7 and 13 of schedule 1. Section 20B, and paragraphs 7 and 13 of schedule 1 have been further amended for purposes not relevant to these Regulations.
