Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003

3.—(1) The Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In schedule 2 (the specified authorities)(1), under the heading “Executive Bodies”, after the entry relating to Historic Environment Scotland insert—

“ILF Scotland”.
