1.—(1) The National Health Service (Scotland) (Injury Benefits) Regulations 1998(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “enhanced services”(2), for “regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 3(1) of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
