3.—(1) The Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In schedule 2 (the specified authorities) under the heading “National Health Service bodies”, in the entry for “any Special Health Board” omit paragraph (iv) and the “or” immediately preceding it.
