Part 2 Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992

3.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3(1) (permitted development) the words “and printed in heavy type” are omitted.

(3) Schedule 1 (classes of permitted development) is amended in accordance with articles 4 to 12.
