Modification of the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2011

3.  The National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2011(1) have effect as if in the opening words of regulation S2(4) (reduction of pension on return to NHS employment) the words “or (c)” were omitted.
