SCHEDULE 2 SCHEDULE 4 TO THE FAMILY CREDIT REGULATIONS AS AMENDED BY THIS ORDER

“SCHEDULE 4 DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM FAMILY CREDIT: ADULT, CHILD AND YOUNG PERSON CREDITS

1.   Adult.	£48.80.
1A.  (1) In the case of an adult or adults to whom regulation 46(1)(aa) applies.	£10.80.
2.  (2) Person in respect of the period— (a) beginning on that person’s date of birth and ending on the day preceding the first Tuesday in September following that person’s eleventh birthday;	(a) £12.35;
(b) beginning on the first Tuesday in September following that person’s eleventh birthday and ending on the day preceding the first Tuesday in September following that person’s sixteenth birthday.	(b) £20.45.
3.   Person in respect of the period beginning on the first Tuesday in September following that person’s sixteenth birthday and ending on the day preceding that person’s nineteenth birthday.	£25.40.(3)”
