SCHEDULE 1 Amendments to the Competition Act 1998

27.—(1) Section 42 (offences) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1), for the words “or 28” there is substituted “, 28 or 28A”.

(3) In subsection (7), for the words “section 28” there is substituted “section 28 or 28A”.
