10.—(1) Article 9 (achievement of carbon emissions reduction obligation) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) A supplier must achieve its insulation obligation by promoting on or after 1st August 2010—
(a)cavity wall insulation;
(b)flat roof insulation;
(c)loft insulation;
(d)solid wall insulation; or
(e)under floor insulation,
which is professionally installed.”.
