81.  In section 27 (general duty of Authority to keep matters under review)(1), in subsection (4), for “the OFT” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “the CMA”.

Subsection (4) was amended by Schedule 25 to the Enterprise Act 2002 and by section 36 of and Schedule 8 to the Water Act 2003. There are other amendments to section 27 but none is relevant to this Order.
