(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b)for “third” substitute “non-EU”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a)for the words from “Community” to “Member State” substitute “United Kingdom,”;
(b)for “third” substitute “non-EU”.
