1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Data Protection Act 2018 (Amendment of Schedule 2 Exemptions) Regulations 2022.
(2) These Regulations come into force on—
(a)31st January 2022, or
(b)if later, the day after the day on which they are made.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
