2.—(1) The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 28 (fees for entering data onto register)—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “£1.64” substitute “£1.50”; and
(b)in paragraph (b), for “£1.89” substitute “£1.70”.
