1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 1st October 2022.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(3) In these Regulations, “the 2015 Regulations” means the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015(1).
