12.—(1) Article 2 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)for point (20) substitute—
“(20) “electricity generator” must be construed in accordance with Article 2c;”;
(b)after point (23) insert—
“(24) “relevant CHP electricity” has the meaning given in Article 2c(6).”.
