PART I Enactments Consolidated

Chapter	Short Title	Extent of Repeal
The repeals in this Part of this Schedule do not apply— (a) in relation to a compulsory purchase order confirmed before the commencement of this Act under Part I of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1946 or section 24 of the [1945 c. 42.] Water Act 1945 or Part III of the [1957 c. 56.] Housing Act 1957, or (b) in relation to a compulsory purchase order made before the commencement of this Act under Part II of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1946, or section 9 or section 23 of the [1945 c. 42.] Water Act 1945 or section 67 of the [1963 c. 38.] Water Resources Act 1963, or section 11 of the [1962 c. 58.] Pipe-lines Act 1962, or (c) in relation to a notice served under section 59 of the [1964 c. 56.] Housing Act 1964 before the commencement of this Act.
