2 Citation, construction, repeals and commencement. U.K.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Registration Act 1966 and the M1 Land Registration Acts 1925 and M2 1936 and this Act may be cited together as the Land Registration Acts 1925 to 1966.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Registration Act 1925.

(4) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of a period of one month beginning with the date on which it is passed.
