Forestry Act 1967

[F1 8A General duty of Ministers. E+W+S

In performing their functions under this Act the Ministers shall have regard to the national interest in maintaining and expanding the forestry resources [F2 of [F3 England or (as the case may be) Wales] and the Scottish Ministers shall have regard to the national interest in maintaining and expanding the forestry resources of Scotland].]
