Part I E+W Borrowing by Societies Registered in England and Wales

2 Application of Part I. E+W

(1) This Part of this Act does not extend to Scotland.

(2) Nothing in this Part of this Act shall apply to a debenture registered under section 14 of the M1 Agricultural Credits Act 1928 (which provides for the registration of debentures of registered societies creating floating charges in favour of banks).
