65In section 85(5)(c), from the beginning to " 1937 " there shall be substituted the words " the persons responsible for the management of an establishment or residential establishment within the meaning of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 and the certificated teachers employed therein in the provision of primary, secondary or further education ".
